Ratan K. Singh is a Senior Advocate and Arbitrator based in New Delhi, having joined the Indian Bar in 1996 and been designated Senior Advocate of the Delhi High Court in 2021. He is also an International Member of Keating Chambers, a leading construction and international arbitration set, joining with effect from January 2022. With nearly three decades of experience, his heavyweight practice spans construction, engineering, infrastructure, mining, power and general commercial disputes, both as counsel and as a leading arbitrator, with appointments under ICC, UNCITRAL, SIAC, JCAA, DIAC and ICADR rules across India, Japan, Singapore, France and England. A graduate in Geology (M.Sc.) and Law (LL.B., Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi), he is Founder and Chairman of the Society of Construction Law - India and Director of the India branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and holds five international fellowships.

Mr. Singh teaches Construction Law and Construction Arbitration and is Honorary professor with O. P. Jindal University, Manipal University and Dhirubhai Ambani University.

Mr. Singh is also empanelled as arbitrator with SIAC, AIAC, ICA, DIAC etc.

Robert Whitehead is a Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution Department at Hamdan Al Shamsi Lawyers & Legal Consultants, based in Dubai, specialising in high-value commercial disputes through arbitration, litigation and alternative dispute resolution. His practice focuses on agreements arising out of property, infrastructure, finance, banking and shareholder disputes, as well as fraud. He previously practised at Clyde & Co LLP in England, handling large-loss claims before the Commercial Court and Chancery Division of the High Court and Court of Appeal for international blue-chip clients in complex, multi-party, cross-jurisdictional disputes. He regularly represents clients in arbitrations under DIAC, DIFC-LCIA and ICC rules, and has substantial experience before the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts. He holds an LLB (Hons) from Durham University, and is ranked as an 'Up and Coming' Dispute Resolution lawyer by Chambers Global.

Dr. Yuting Chen is Deputy Head of the School of Construction, Property and Surveying at London South Bank University (LSBU), and a FIDIC-Certified Trainer and Consultant in the UK. She holds a PhD in Construction Project Management, a CFA charter in Finance, and legal qualifications including a PGCert in International Business Law, and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Adjudication with RICS. As a practitioner, she offers consulting services in contract drafting, claim management and dispute resolution, and delivers FIDIC training, including leading LSBU's FIDIC Academy Summer School preparing participants for the FIDIC Certified Contract Manager examination. As an academic, she teaches construction planning, project management and production management at postgraduate and undergraduate level, and supervises six PhD candidates.

Edward Taylor is a Partner in the International Arbitration practice at A&O Shearman, based in Hong Kong. He represents and advises companies, states and state-owned entities in commercial and investment treaty disputes across Asia and internationally, with experience spanning energy, infrastructure, joint ventures, M&A, private equity, technology and digital assets. He regularly appears in HKIAC, SIAC, ICC and LCIA arbitrations, including emergency arbitrator proceedings, and also sits as arbitrator. Edward is a member of HKIAC's Proceedings Committee and a Fellow of both CIArb and HKIArb. He is recognised as a Leading Partner for International Arbitration by Legal 500 Asia Pacific and has been named an ALB Rising Star and 40 Under 40 honoree. He is dual-qualified in England & Wales (solicitor advocate) and Hong Kong (solicitor), holding an LLB (First Class) from King's College London.

Gaurav Juneja is a Partner with the Dispute Resolution Practice in the Delhi NCR office. Gaurav has over 20 years of experience of advising and representing Indian and multinational clients in various domestic and international commercial litigations and arbitrations, particularly in EPC disputes in energy, infrastructure and roadways sector. He has also represented clients in institutional arbitrations governed by LCIA, SIAC, ICC and other reputed institutions.

Mamta is a lawyer with over two decades of experience in corporate law, compliance and business integrity. She was most recently Chief Business Integrity Officer and Global Counsel for Business Integrity & Commercial Operations at Diageo plc, London, where she advised the Board on compliance matters worldwide. She earlier served as General Counsel for Diageo India, advising the Board of United Spirits Limited on governance and related matters, and held senior legal roles at Diageo across London, Mumbai and Bangalore, as well as at British Telecom in Singapore. She has also served as a non-executive director on the boards of United Spirits Limited and Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited. She holds a BA LL.B (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
